Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
