Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Japanese-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a leading global platform connecting buyers and sellers. The role involves providing excellent customer support via various channels, mediating disputes, and improving overall customer experience through feedback.
Requirements
- Native or C1 level of Japanese
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus
- Ability to multitask and switch between communication channels
- Team-player mindset and flexibility
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week
- Permanent Contract (with a 6-month Probation Period).
