Job Description
This full-time position offers an opportunity to work for a multinational company in Greece. The role involves being the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, resolving their needs and issues, and building relationships. The company emphasizes a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native level in Polish language, along with good English skills
- Tech savvy, curious and problem-solving acumen
- Able to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions
- Provide systematic assistance to customers in a communicative manner
- High School Diploma holder
- Flexible to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
- Active listener
- Prior customer support experience (advantage)
