Job Description
This full-time position is with a large, multinational company in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support to Polish-speaking customers, managing their online accounts, and resolving issues. They prioritize clear communication, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native level in Polish language, along with good English skills
- Tech savvy, curious and problem-solving acumen
- Able to identify technical issues and suggest immediate solutions to clients
- High School Diploma holder
- Flexible to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
- Active listener
