Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to strengthen our legal department in Hünenberg, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the corporate governance program at Specialized, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and other legal issues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education (KV Ausbildung) with paralegal certification or university degree in law related field
• 4–6 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally with experience in dealing with corporate matters in a variety of countries
• Experience in drafting corporate resolutions and coordinating annual meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in German and English (both required); Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Independent, proactive work style with a high level of professionalism
