Job Description
The Rider Care Specialist will be responsible for providing product technical expertise to customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The role involves communicating with customers, utilizing proprietary systems, and providing informed product knowledge.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience
- Bicycle industry experience (advantageous)
- Minimally bilingual with excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in either Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin or Thai
- Technical understanding and mechanical proficiency with current high-end bicycle industry products
