Job Description
STS is seeking a strategic IT Manager to lead IT service excellence, ensure compliance with standards, and foster a collaborative IT culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving engagement, excellence, and integrity across teams through commitment and collaboration. It’s a hands-on leadership position with a strong focus on strategic IT planning and managing risks and vendors.
Requirements
- Implement, oversee, and continuously improve IT services following ITIL 4 best practices and ISO 20000-1:2018 standards.
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements in KSA.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to align IT initiatives with overall business objectives.
