HR & Office Assistant

SPECTO Aerospace is looking for an HR & Office Assistant to strengthen their local HR team in Hoogerheide. The role combines HR responsibilities with operational support on the shop floor.

Requirements

• MBO level of education and thinking, preferably with a completed qualification in HR, Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a supporting HR role or a similar position, preferably within a technical environment
• Excellent organizational skills, able to work in a structured manner and set priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, a service-oriented attitude, accuracy, a solution-focused approach, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
