Billing Analyst

Prepare, process, and reconcile customer billings per company policy. Review invoices for accuracy. Analyze billings and research discrepancies.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Read, write and speak English and Spanish in business terms is mandatory
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle large volume of data
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
• High attention to detail and reconciliation capabilities
• Ability to handle situations in a professional business manner and work on tight timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel
