Job Description
Join our team as a Commercial Leasing Agent and take your leasing career to the next level. We're looking for a proactive and motivated individual to lead leasing efforts and drive innovation. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for leasing Speedway Properties commercial spaces, working with tenants, and collaborating with the project manager and operations manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years prior leasing experience
- Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
