Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Properties Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, appliance replacement, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring repair. You will also assist with grounds keeping duties and ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of properties.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least 6 months of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience for Specialist I
- At least 2 years of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience for Specialist II
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full proficiency in one or more maintenance areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, carpentry)
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
