Job Description
Spence is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead customers through their unique experience with their diamond collections, acting as a product expert and trusted advisor. The role involves guiding clients through the sales process, exceeding targets, building client relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The position requires a proactive, motivated, and team-oriented individual with a passion for diamonds and sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude and optimism.
- Goal-oriented and proactive.
