We are seeking a Business Development Representative with a 'go getter' sales hunter mentality to join our fast-growing sales team.
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial Inside Sales environment.
- Experience working with clients/customers in a sales oriented environment.
- Dynamic personality that comes across over the phone and ability to engage potential clients with your confidence and presentation.
- Adaptable and able to think on your feet.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ year of sales experience, with a successful track record in solution-based selling environment highly preferred
- A solid understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, supported by academic study or professional experience within the sustainability or environmental sector is desirable
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated, high energy individual that can thrive in a competitive but fun team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM tool(s) highly preferred
- Fluent in German and English
