Job Description
This Regional Director role in the Washington/Oregon territory is for a dynamic and hands-on leader. The Director will support franchise owners in their success, collaborating on business plans, enforcing standards, and analyzing P&L statements. The role focuses on growth, operational excellence, and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
- 5 years of experience in the franchising or cosmetology industry
- 5 to 8 years previous store operations management experience
- Leadership experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Training Delivery, Presentation, Analytical and Relationship Building skills
