Senior Benefits Partner

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Partner to assist and plan the day-to-day operations of the company’s US group benefits plan, overseeing the administration of all aspects of the employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, life insurance, disability, employee assistance and wellness, and qualified retirement plans such as 401k.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience administering benefit plans
• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field
• In-depth understanding of health and welfare plans, retirement plan administration, and related regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday), SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lead change management and build internal stakeholder relationships
