Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
