We're looking for an Associate Client Success Partner to develop and nurture meaningful connections with our clients to build strong, long-lasting client relationships. This position emphasizes account management with a strong focus on client retention and driving referrals.
Requirements
- Path of escalation for Grade B accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
