Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist to play a key role in supporting and managing the Transmission Service Studies process. This role is responsible for overseeing various business and technical functions that ensure compliance with the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT), NAESB, FERC/NERC regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) years of job-related work experience for Sr. Transmission Services Specialist
- Ten (10) years of job-related work experience for Lead Specialist
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of and skills with communication and data handling software such as Microsoft Office
