We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with engineers and technology decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach activities, and generating qualified opportunities for our account executives.
Requirements
- Build a pipeline
- Conduct high-quality, intense outbound outreach activities (~300+ calls per week) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified opportunities and seamless handover to account executives
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers, initiatives, and pain points
- Conduct structured first conversations to recognize needs and link them to the value of SPREAD
- Build an understanding of technical and organizational structures in complex companies
- Choose your area of focus – e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, or Machinery – and develop your own network and expertise in that area
- Use Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activities and data
- Maintain a CRM with care, track leads reliably, and perform regular performance analyses
- Actively use feedback and coaching to improve your approach continuously
- Understand SPREAD's product and customer industries so well that you can speak confidently with technical decision-makers
- Bring energy, discipline, and a sense of responsibility to everything you do
- Work closely with Marketing to bring ICP insights and messaging improvements
