Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of proven leadership experience in developing and executing partnership or channel-sales strategies within the mortgage, financial services, or fintech industries
- Demonstrated success building and scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems
- Expertise in market analysis and partner segmentation
- Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in multi-channel outreach strategies
- Operational excellence in CRM and pipeline management
- Ability to translate market conditions and partner needs into value-driven messaging
- Proven ability to exceed revenue, activation, and acquisition targets
