Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
• Leadership experience in scaling acquisition programs
• Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and drive channel strategy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
• Ability to set vision and drive execution in complex environments
• Comfort with funnel analytics and growth KPIs
