Job Description
Spring Health is seeking a Director of Member Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact initiatives connecting people to mental healthcare. This role involves strategic marketing programs aimed at driving enrollment, activation, retention, and long-term outcomes. The position requires strong data analysis and collaboration with various teams to optimize member engagement strategies and drive a positive ROI for employers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2C2C marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise engagement strategies
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
- Deep empathy for member and customer needs
- Expertise in marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries is a plus
