As a Manager, Software Engineering - Agentic Care, you will build and lead a new team that delivers agentic AI experiences that make the care journey adaptive, and accessible for everyone - empowering both patients and providers.
Requirements
- Passion for mental health and building products that materially improve clinical outcomes and access to care.
- Experience with the AI product lifecycle: context engineering, function/tool calling, RAG pipelines, safety/guardrails, evals.
- 1+ years of experience managing and leading a high-output engineering team building user-facing products.
- 6+ years of experience building and scaling systems as an individual contributor.
- Organizational leadership experience, including collaborating with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven success mentoring teams of senior engineers over multi-quarter or multi-year projects.
- Strong commitment to understanding and advocating for users’ needs, crafting exceptional product experiences.
