Senior Software Engineer I - Agentic Care

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and ship full-stack agentic AI experiences that make the care journey adaptive and accessible.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development with a full-stack focus
• Production experience building and shipping LLM systems
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python, and TypeScript/React
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous 0 to 1 environment
• Curious, growth-minded, and eager to learn new applied-AI tools and methods
• Proven track record leading complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Effective collaborator on cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
