We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team and help launch an innovative, high-impact mental health product. You'll have the autonomy to drive technical decisions and influence the direction of product development, while collaborating with a cross-functional team to rapidly innovate and ensure the product aligns with our mission and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in healthcare.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
