Job Description
Spring Health is revolutionizing mental healthcare by creating a D2C brand and fostering habit-forming products. The Member Growth Engineering team builds the digital experience for new members, focusing on acquisition, activation, and nurturing to eliminate barriers to mental health. They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to evolve mobile experiences to be best-in-class for this mission.
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
- At least 5 years of cumulative experience or exposure developing mobile apps on both Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JS/TS)
- Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
- Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
- The target base salary range is $200,800 - $245,000
