Job Description
Spring Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer I to help evolve their mobile experiences to be best-in-class, building a D2C brand and enhancing the member journey. This role involves leading code development, establishing standards, and iterating on acquisition and activation pathways to drive mission execution. The position requires a candidate based in the Seattle area with a willingness to commute 2-3 days a week when transitioning to a hybrid schedule in 2026.
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
- At least 5 years of cumulative experience or exposure developing mobile apps on both Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JS/TS)
- Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
- Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
- Energetic immersion in complex mobile projects
- High quality engineering output
