Associate Director, Field Enablement & Training - NF1-PN

SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Field Enablement & Training to develop product training and execution plans for commercial field teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing highly effective training programs and developing learning curriculums. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, advance degree preferred (PharmD, RN, NP)
• 7+ years of experience in a commercial function of high-performing biopharmaceutical organization
• 3+ years of experience in oncology, neurology and/or rare disease
• 3+ years of experience in designing highly effective training programs for field-based employees
• Expert level knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process
