Associate Director, Field Enablement & Training - Sarcoma

We are seeking an Associate Director, Field Enablement & Training to develop and execute product training and execution plans to support commercial field teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing highly effective training programs and developing learning curriculums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, advance degree preferred (PharmD, RN, NP)
• 7+ years of experience in a commercial function of high-performing biopharmaceutical organization
• 3+ years of experience in oncology, neurology and/or rare disease
• 3+ years of experience in designing highly effective training programs for field-based employees
• Expert level knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process
