Job Description
SpryPoint is a fast-growing software company revolutionizing the utility industry with a cloud-native platform. They are seeking Implementation Specialists to help customers implement cutting-edge enterprise applications, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal results. The role involves gap analysis, process mapping, software configuration, training, and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise applications software in the utility sector (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial and revenue processes, customer care systems, service billing, and work & asset management (municipal/government settings) (preferred)
- Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience
- Technical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills (a plus)
- Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applications
