They are seeking an Implementation Team Lead to manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring high-quality work and a customer-first mindset. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing teams in client services or business operations sector
- Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applications
- Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms
- Relational database knowledge or SQL skills is a huge plus!
