We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee the strategy and daily operation in EM (Electro Mechanical) assembly, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production while delivering products on time.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in manufacturing leadership role
- 2+ years of experience managing a staff and leading teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other software
- Knowledge of assembly, PCBA, cables/harnesses, and metals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
