Requirements
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and handle grievances professionally.
- Prepare employment letters, warning notices, and policy updates.
