HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor provides generalist HR support to a business unit in Egypt, liaising with regional and business unit leaders. Responsibilities include implementing HR initiatives, managing talent programs, assisting with total rewards, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires understanding local labor laws and compliance.

Requirements

• 7 years of generalist HR experience
• Sound understanding of HR functions (talent acquisition, development, total rewards)
• Familiarity with local employment legislations
• Experience working with HR ERP systems (e.g. Oracle/SAP)
• Experience in the Oil & Gas upstream industry (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Computer Literacy
