HR Manager

The HR Manager in this role will be responsible for the complete management of HR operations within a geographically dispersed network of APC locations in Africa, aligning HR policies and procedures with local regulations. This includes human resource administration, policy development, hiring, training, and compliance.

Requirements

• High experience with local employment legislation.
• Experience working with HR ERP modules.
• Knowledge of HR Functions (talent acquisition, development, total rewards, policy and procedures, employee relations).
• Knowledge in local labor legislation.
• Certified experience in HR Processes is preferred.
• Intermediate level of English
