Job Description
The Associate Director of Clinical Services and Operations is responsible for managing the operations and provision of clinical services at CAPS. The position works closely with the Director of CAPS to provide leadership in setting agency policy, allocating resources, and managing the efficient operations of CAPS.
Requirements
- Ph.D., Psy. D. in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, LMFT, LCSW
- 5 years minimum college/university counseling experience
- Experience in brief therapy, especially with psychodynamic orientation, crisis intervention, risk assessment, multicultural therapy and outreach, clinical supervision, program development, data analysis, assessment
