Assistant Director of Young Alumni Engagement & Giving

The Assistant Director of Annual Giving is responsible for cultivating a culture of philanthropy among students and young alumni. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies, creating plans for donor engagement, and providing support for student organization campaigns. The position requires close collaboration with campus partners and the Office of Student Activities to foster alumni engagement and create a sense of community at St. Olaf College.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years in fundraising, account management, marketing, or a related field
• Successful completion of a background check (criminal, reference, verification, credit, employment eligibility)
