St. Paul Academy and Summit School seeks an Associate Athletics Director to lead the Lower and Middle School athletic program. The ideal candidate will have experience in athletics administration, coaching, and supervising coaches, as well as a strong understanding of social and emotional development of Lower and Middle School students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in physical education, fitness, sports management, or a related field
- Experience in athletics administration
- Strong understanding of social and emotional development of Lower and Middle School students
- Proven record of coaching in a variety of sports
- Strong record of administrative success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong understanding of gender equity within all levels of athletics
- Ability to successfully encourage community participation in athletics and athletic events
