Job Description
STADA Eurasia is looking for a talented and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on field sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical or Business/Economics
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company in a regional manager/Field Force Manager position for at least 3–5 years
- Understanding of principles of Rx and OTC product promotion, key sales metrics (KPI, ROI, P&L)
- Budgeting and sales planning experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data arrays, and make conclusions
- Good level of Microsoft Excel (formulas, summary tables, charts)
- Experience in working with analytics, CRM, and dashboards (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
- Experience in interacting with distributors, pharmacy networks, and hospital institutions
- Knowledge of coaching and assessing field staff techniques
- Willingness to undergo regular travel
