Job Description
Staffbase is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to establish and grow their presence in the Latin American market. This is a unique opportunity to be the first in-country sales hire, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The role will leverage a bilingual (English & Spanish) approach with a focus on building relationships with local businesses and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales (preferably SaaS) with experience selling into Mexico or broader LATAM markets
- Strong hunter mentality and comfortable developing a territory
- Consultative sales skills and ability to build business cases
- Excellent relationship-building skills and cultural sensitivity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability
- Goal-oriented and organized
