Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our mission to help others on their journey to recovery. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for screening, answering, and inquiring by telephone regarding program admissions.

Requirements

• Conducts initial telephone screening of potential clients and referents
• Meets with client on admission to conduct face-to-face screening and reports to clinical team
• Conducts initial assessment of client problems and needs and reports to clinical team in order to initiate treatment planning
• Provides client and family (if applicable) with orientation material that will help them acclimate to the treatment environment and make informed decisions
• Represents the program to referral sources, potential clients, and other outside individuals and agencies in a courteous, professional manner
