Job Description
We are a dedicated and dynamic ABA center committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral services. We're looking for an experienced and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team as Clinical Director.
Requirements
- Active BCBA and LBA credentials
- Proven experience with developmental disabilities and ABA principles
- Familiarity with special education systems
- Strong skills in assessment, data collection, and clinical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA and medical compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
