Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our drug, alcohol, and dual diagnosis treatment facility. The Clinical Director will be responsible for program development, staff supervision, compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring clinical excellence in our treatment programs.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinician (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, LCMHC) in Indiana required.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment settings.
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership/management experience in a treatment facility or behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of ASAM criteria, DSM-5, evidence-based treatment modalities, and co-occurring disorders.
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements, Joint Commission, and CARF accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to manage clinical operations, supervise staff, and drive program outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation compliance.
