Director of Business Development

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to contact, educate, and manage new customer/client relationships, driving new customer acquisition through personal interactions with current or developed networks of executive leaders in various healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience
• Requires 3+ years relevant experience in business and strategic development
• A thorough understanding of healthcare workforce solutions and services markets
• Proven sales experience, with an established network of possible clients and partners
• Self-motivated and able to work with short deadlines and competing demands
• Ability to think, plan and sell strategically
• Possess a consultative, customer centric selling philosophy
• Demonstrate the ability to build alliances and influence key decision makers, both internally and externally, without formal authority
• Managing customer relationships through creative problem solving and customer savvy
• Self-starter who requires minimal degree of direct management
• Prior experience in contract management services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Efficient organizational skills
• Poised and sharp presentation skills
