Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience developing employee relations, policies, and programs for both hourly and salaried employees in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, with a track record of creating competitive packages
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a passion for fostering a positive organizational culture
