Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to contact, educate, and manage new customer/client relationships. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the industry from both operational and sales perspectives, and possess a consultative, customer-centric selling philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 3+ years relevant experience in business and strategic development
• Thorough understanding of healthcare workforce solutions and services markets
• Proven sales experience, with an established network of possible clients and partners
• Self-motivated and able to work with short deadlines and competing demands
• Ability to think, plan and sell strategically
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Efficient organizational skills
• Poised and sharp presentation skills
• Prior experience in contract management services
