Route Service Technician

The Route Service Technician is primarily responsible for operating a company truck and driving to various customer locations to deliver, pick up, maintain, service, or repair portable restrooms, hand sinks, holding tanks, or any asset assigned. The position requires exposure to extreme weather conditions, unpleasant odors, and sights, and involves a variety of physical demands.

Requirements

• Operate a company truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean truck inside and out
• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections as set forth by StallionRents procedures and D.O.T. guidelines
• Follow all StallionRents' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and General Standards
• Report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to the dispatch office
• Perform all tasks assigned by Branch Operations Manager
• Communicate with Branch Operations Manager and office staff regarding items that can hinder a job
• Submit all route information and paperwork to the office at end of each shift
• Utilize dispatching software for routing, documenting photos, logs customer concerns
• Provide courteous and expeditious customer service in all aspects of operation
• Answer questions for customers and direct them to contact office for additional information
• Provide routing feedback to office and Dispatcher to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible
