Route Service Technician

The Route Service Technician is primarily responsible for operating a company truck and driving to various customer locations to deliver, pick up, maintain, service, or repair portable restrooms, hand sinks, holding tanks, or any asset assigned.

Requirements

• Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean truck inside and out
• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections as set forth by Stallion Infrastructure Services procedures and D.O.T. guidelines
• Follow all Stallion Infrastructure Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and General Standards
• Immediately report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to the dispatch office
• Perform all tasks assigned by Branch Operations Manager
• Provide service for customers' portable restroom(s) or related asset(s) by following consistently Stallion Infrastructure Services Service Steps
• Keep work areas in yard clean and organized
• Communicate with Branch Operations Manager and office staff regarding items that can hinder a job
• Submit all route information and paperwork to the office at end of each shift
• Utilize dispatching software for routing, documenting photos, logs customer concerns
• Provide courteous and expeditious customer service in all aspects of operation
• Perform other duties as assigned
