StandardAero is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support Corporate Functions groups, providing strategic and hands-on support to leaders and employees. The role involves talent initiatives, culture strengthening, and employee experience enhancement.
Requirements
- Partner with Corporate Function leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Provide daily HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and people decisions
- Coach leaders and employees to support development, conflict resolution, and effective team dynamics
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Conduct and support investigations
- Administer HR programs including benefits & leave management
- Oversee new hire onboarding
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Partner with Compensation and Benefits on annual cycles
- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting needs
- Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives
