Job Description
Senior Human Resources Generalist role to provide full lifecycle HR support to Business Unit leaders and employees. Includes organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a HR Generalist role
- Experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Thorough knowledge of the Canada Labour Code
- Experience dealing with non-union employee relations matters
